CFB Drinking Schedule: Week Twelve

I come to y’all a day early because of #MACtion. It actually started last night with Buffalo/Toledo and Ohio/BG but the main course is tonight with Ball State at Northern Illinois. (Although I hope most of you were watching college hoops. Big games already and it’s only November.)

Wednesday Side Bumps are Best

Wednesday Side Bumps are the Best

The Huskies are once again unbeaten and hoping to jump into the BCS. I know their chances are slim with Fresno State so far ahead of them but at the very least this is a showcase for Jordan Lynch. Ball State is no slouch themselves with only one loss to North Texas.

The rest of the weekend lacks the star power matchups of last weekend but there are still important game riddled throughout the schedule that will settle certain conference races. Also the NFL schedule this weekend doesn’t suck which is a welcome change compared to previous weekend. Grab your glass…

Wednesday Schedule

8pm Ball State at Northern Illinois ESPN2: This game was the reason #MACtion was invented. Plus it gives college students a reason to drink on a Wednesday other than just drinking on a Wednesday for no reason.

Flip the channel: Miami (OH) at Kent State ESPNU: For extremely addicted college football fans only. Miami is terrible.

Thursday Schedule

730pm Georgia Tech at Clemson ESPN: “Hey Clemson, I forgot about you. How have you been since FSU ripped you a new one all those weeks ago?”- Me, making fun of Clemson to myself

830pm Colts at Titans NFLN: The Colts got ripped by the Rams last week just as further evidence how horrible a conference the AFC is. Titans can try to jump into the playoff race with a win.

Friday Schedule

9pm Washington at UCLA ESPN2: For UCLA a win here keeps them alive in the Pac 12 South race. For Washington a win here gives them a real chance to win more than seven games in the Steve Sarkisian era.

Saturday Morning/Day/Night Schedule

9am College Gameday from LA: 6am wake up on the West Coast. I am sure the USC fans will come out in droves.

Noon Indiana at Wisconsin ESPN2: This may actually be entertaining. Can Indiana score points on a good Wisconsin defense? Also can Wisconsin score 80 points and run for over 500 yards in a horrible Hoosier defense? So many questions

Flip the channel: Penn at Harvard NBCSN: Come have a look at your future bosses play football.

"This is going to work"- Case McCoy

“This is going to work”- Case McCoy

One eye on the enemy: OSU at Illinois ESPN: Where are you Juice Williams??? (Yes I just typed that)

330pm Georgia at Auburn CBS: Auburn can keep their SEC title hopes alive with a win and UGA can keep their slim hopes alive as well. No Katherine Webb unfortunately.

Flip the channel: MSU at Nebraska ABC/ESPN2: The right to play OSU is on the line here. I expect Sparty to rip them though.

Mack Brown Redemption tour: Texas at OK St FOX: I fully expect this tour to end on Saturday but this isn’t Mike Gundy’s finest team so who knows?

Duke watch: Miami at Duke ESPNU: Duke can take the lead in the Coastal division. I am still bummed Gameday isn’t there

I have no emotions left: Michigan at Northwestern BTN: I feel nothing inside

7pm Florida at South Carolina ESPN2: At least we aren’t Florida

MY WORLDS COLLIDE: T Tech vs Baylor FOX: This has lost some luster because of the Red Raiders three losses but still should produce points

Flip the channel Houston at Louisville ESPNU: If the Cardinal want to make the BCS they will have to survive the Cougars. The Cougars of Houston. All the way from Texas. In the Zombie Big East

8pm Stanford at USC ABC: Not as much hype as two years ago with Luck vs Barkley but still should be a good matchup.

Sunday Funday Schedule

1pm: Lions/Steelers and Browns/Bengals games that mean something to everyone but Pittsburgh. Excuse me while I barf. Barf. Barf. Barf

Barf. Barf. Barf. Barf.

Barf. Barf. Barf. Barf.

4pm 49ers at Saints FOX: Yes sir!

830pm Chiefs at Broncos NBC: I won’t fall asleep! (Well I might but not because of the football game.

Monday Funday Schedule

830pm Pats at Panthers ESPN: “Who are you and what have you done with my shitty MNF matchup?”- America
